In 1993, “C.R.E.A.M.” (Cash Rules Everything Around Me) was the second single to be released by one the greatest hip hop groups of all time, the Wu-Tang Clan. It was produced by the RZA, features verses by Raekwon The Chef, and Inspectah Deck, with a hook by Method Man. “C.R.E.A.M.” is one of the highest charting Wu-Tang Clan singles, reaching #60 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The Source Magazine put it on its 100 Best Rap Singles list, but oddly did not reach Gold selling status until 2009.
