This is my personal project to excavate from my mind what I am put on this earth to do. To learn what I love most about my life and close the gap on this journey to discover my greatest talent and passion.

Rotten Owl Sheep

My name is Rotten Mac (rottenowlsheep) and I write MyMindSpray.com mostly to keep my brain limber so I can stay sharp. I'm in my early 30's and feel I'm getting a really good grasp of who I am. I'm talking about experience and style. I'm old school shell toe adidas. I'm grandpas fisherman's hat. I'm a '65 Lincoln Continental w/suicide doors humming "Send Me Forget Me Nots" until noon then bumping the entire Mobb Deep Infamous album on the way home from work. I'm a dude like Lebowski but quote Tony Montana all day while eating beans and tortillas watching George Lopez. I'm a Photographer by trade with a pretty darn good eye for composition, and an excellent driver with a gifted intuition for technique and etiquette.

Zynga (Mafia Wars) does good and raises $1.5 million for Haiti via Facebook games

Despite admitting they used every dirty trick in the book (read my article here at http://bit.ly/60FUdB) Zynga, the no. 1 social gaming company on the web has raised $1.5 million dollars to help the relief effort in Haiti. How did they do it? By selling virtual social goods to more than 300,000 game players from 47 countries through their top four games (Mafia Wars, Fishville, Mafia Wars, Zynga Poker).

“We are extremely grateful to Zynga for this contribution,” said Nancy Roman, WFP’s director of communications. “Through their donations, Zynga players are helping us to bring urgently needed food assistance to people who have been plunged into hunger by this devastating earthquake. We started distributing food within 24 hours of the earthquake, and in the coming weeks, we aim to deliver weekly rations to 2 million people.”

“We are humbled by the response from our users and the speed with which they rallied from everywhere to help so many in Haiti,” said Zynga CEO Mark Pincus.

It’s great to see billion dollar private companies like Zynga make such huge contributions to help a people half a world away. I hope to see Mark Pincus and Zynga continue to raise money and donate to more charities and organizations in the United States. Maybe Zynga can help to bail out our week economy!!

Here’s the press release from Zynga  http://bit.ly/c5U6QO

Privacy tip: If you decide to stop playing a Zynga game, make sure to disable it still using your information. You can do that by going in to your Account > Privacy Settings in Facebook.

Everyone should have a bottle of hemp oil in their medicine cabinet

What will we do when our doctors tell us there is nothing more they can do??

1 out of 3 Americans will suffer from some sort of Cancer in their lifetime. Hemp oil has cured diseases that our own doctors cannot.

I came across an article in Nug Magazine where a Nova Scotian (via Canada) named Rick Simpson claims to have cured his own cancer with Hemp Oil. On his website Phoenix Tears there’s a movie called “Run From The Cure”. In this movie Rick shows how he cures cancers, depression, anxiety, headaches, stomach aches, diabetes, pretty much every major disease that plagues us today with Hemp Oil. Rick also gives you the recipe so you can make Hemp Oil medicine yourself.

Now ask yourself this. How many doctors would be out of business if people could cure there own diseases? How many medicine companies would go out of business if people could grow there own medicine in their back yards? Do you think a industry that’s been making billions of dollars a year is willing to take a pay cut?

“Inside Outside” | Not your typical graff artist Documentary | Courtesy Frank151

I stumbled on this movie over at http://frank151.com . It’s a different kind of documentary about street artists from all over the world doing big things in their realm. These artists are not your typical graffiti vandals yet they are exactly your typical graffiti vandals. I say vandals because society has not yet figured out how to deal with such amazing creativity like this in the world, so until we do, art like this will remain illegal.

The full length 57 minute movie is viewable here at  http://www.frank151.com/blog/2010/01/25/inside_outside_street_art_movie_video.

I pulled a good segment from the movie so you can get taste before diving in to the full length… which I completely recommend btw.

Google Wonder Wheel – “It’s easier to do than the Humpty Dance”

Have you heard of the Google Wonder Wheel? Well I’m one of those people who just recently heard of it. The Google Wonder Wheel is a fun new way of executing a search on Google by taking your search word or phrase and putting it into a bubble and surrounding it with other relevant  search results. “It’s really easy to do!  First you limp to the side like your leg was broken Shakin’ and twitchin’ kinda like you was smokin’ Crazy wack funky People say ya look like M.C. Hammer on crack, Humpty…..” whoa whoa whoa!!!! sorry that’s another article lol.

The Google Wonder Wheel to me is like one BIG brainstorm. I learned to brainstorm when I was in elementary school. first you think of a word or an idea. Then you write that word or idea in the middle of a sheet of paper and circle it. This is your brain idea. When you think of a similar word or phrase to that original idea, you write it next to your brain word, circle it, and draw a line back to the brain word. You then continue to write and circle words and phrases and ideas off of each other resulting in lots and lots of new ideas. I love to brainstorm because I get so many new and creative ideas from it.

The Google Wonder wheel is just that. it takes your original search word or phrase puts it in to a visual brainstorm exactly the way I described so yo can see all the related search results and get new and creative ideas. I’ve included the diagram below so you can see for yourself how to work this thing.

http://googlewonderwheel.com has a comprehensive and easy step by step on how to navigate.

Step 1. Type in your search query and search Step 2. Click “+Show Options” Step 3. Choose “Wonder Wheel” Step 4. Click on different search results to go deeper into your search-
