This is my personal project to excavate from my mind what I am put on this earth to do. To learn what I love most about my life and close the gap on this journey to discover my greatest talent and passion.

Rotten Owl Sheep

My name is Rotten Mac (rottenowlsheep) and I write MyMindSpray.com mostly to keep my brain limber so I can stay sharp. I'm in my early 30's and feel I'm getting a really good grasp of who I am. I'm talking about experience and style. I'm old school shell toe adidas. I'm grandpas fisherman's hat. I'm a '65 Lincoln Continental w/suicide doors humming "Send Me Forget Me Nots" until noon then bumping the entire Mobb Deep Infamous album on the way home from work. I'm a dude like Lebowski but quote Tony Montana all day while eating beans and tortillas watching George Lopez. I'm a Photographer by trade with a pretty darn good eye for composition, and an excellent driver with a gifted intuition for technique and etiquette.

Everyone should have a bottle of hemp oil in their medicine cabinet

What will we do when our doctors tell us there is nothing more they can do??

1 out of 3 Americans will suffer from some sort of Cancer in their lifetime. Hemp oil has cured diseases that our own doctors cannot.

I came across an article in Nug Magazine where a Nova Scotian (via Canada) named Rick Simpson claims to have cured his own cancer with Hemp Oil. On his website Phoenix Tears there’s a movie called “Run From The Cure”. In this movie Rick shows how he cures cancers, depression, anxiety, headaches, stomach aches, diabetes, pretty much every major disease that plagues us today with Hemp Oil. Rick also gives you the recipe so you can make Hemp Oil medicine yourself.

Now ask yourself this. How many doctors would be out of business if people could cure there own diseases? How many medicine companies would go out of business if people could grow there own medicine in their back yards? Do you think a industry that’s been making billions of dollars a year is willing to take a pay cut?

Google Wonder Wheel – “It’s easier to do than the Humpty Dance”

Have you heard of the Google Wonder Wheel? Well I’m one of those people who just recently heard of it. The Google Wonder Wheel is a fun new way of executing a search on Google by taking your search word or phrase and putting it into a bubble and surrounding it with other relevant  search results. “It’s really easy to do!  First you limp to the side like your leg was broken Shakin’ and twitchin’ kinda like you was smokin’ Crazy wack funky People say ya look like M.C. Hammer on crack, Humpty…..” whoa whoa whoa!!!! sorry that’s another article lol.

The Google Wonder Wheel to me is like one BIG brainstorm. I learned to brainstorm when I was in elementary school. first you think of a word or an idea. Then you write that word or idea in the middle of a sheet of paper and circle it. This is your brain idea. When you think of a similar word or phrase to that original idea, you write it next to your brain word, circle it, and draw a line back to the brain word. You then continue to write and circle words and phrases and ideas off of each other resulting in lots and lots of new ideas. I love to brainstorm because I get so many new and creative ideas from it.

The Google Wonder wheel is just that. it takes your original search word or phrase puts it in to a visual brainstorm exactly the way I described so yo can see all the related search results and get new and creative ideas. I’ve included the diagram below so you can see for yourself how to work this thing.

http://googlewonderwheel.com has a comprehensive and easy step by step on how to navigate.

Step 1. Type in your search query and search Step 2. Click “+Show Options” Step 3. Choose “Wonder Wheel” Step 4. Click on different search results to go deeper into your search-

How to find a parking spot – it never takes me more than 10 minutes. Learn how (Im searching for my niche)

There are few things I can comment on with full authority and parking is one of them. To my friends I am the Parking God. that’s what I call myself and there’s not a thing anyone can do to disprove me. Adopt my parking way of life and you will find total bliss while securing a parking spot in ten minutes or less.

Below is a list of everthing that goes on in my head when I’m looking for a parking spot. Make them yours and you will be a parking success.

1. The Ten Minute Time Limit – Remain calm until you have given yourself a full ten minutes to look for parking. I always find parking in 10 minutes and most of the time under five minutes.

2. Keep Your Eyes Peeled – Always look a full block further down the street. I find most of my parking spots further down the street by spotting headlights, brake lights and back up lights. I’m always surprised at how many people miss a parking spot because they don’t look ahead. Also look for keys in the hands of people walking down the street. These people are most likely approaching their vehicle and are about to leave.

3. Keep Your Ears Open – Roll down your windows and listen for the sounds of keys jingling and cars starting. sometimes the car right next to me will start up as I pass it. With my ears open I can stop, put it in reverse and pull in to my new parking spot.

>>For more parking tips, Check out the book Finding the Sweet Spot – The Insider’s Guide to Parking in San Francisco on Amazon.com

4. Two Block Search Radius – Drive slowly down every street systematically before repeating a street. Repeat until you find a parking spot.

More food for thought. Look in your rear view mirror often – find lots of parking spots from looking in my rear view mirror.

Yellow Zones – Yellow Zones are for Commercial vehicles only. But only during business hours. After 6:00PM, the yellow zone opens up to the general public. While most people pass on yellow zones due to not knowing the rules, I swoop in and grab them for parking spots.

White Zones – White Zones are for drop off or pick up. But for example a club or bar might have a white zone in front of its doors but when that bar and club are closed, you are free to park there. Just read the sign on or near the white zone to be safe. It will probably say, “No parking from 3-11pm” or something like that. Again, most people pass it up without reading, leaving that spot open for me.

Weekends and Holidays – Lastly its always free parking on Sundays, even the Yellow Zones. And holidays like New Years Day and Christmas and the 4th of July are always free to park.

I hope this article makes it easier for you to find parking in your town. I will be adding a few more tips, and keep an eye out for my video DIY about better parking tips.

The first book of its kind | How to Rap: The Art and Science of the Hip-Hop MC

How to Rap - The Art and Science of the Hip-Hop MC by Paul EdwardsI love hip hop music. I’ve studied its origins from the South Bronx, to its usage of samples and delivery of masterful rhymes, and on to the sub genres glitch, dubstep, and electro etc. I also love anything “How-to”. I go wild on search engines like Google and Yahoo asking every little question that pops into my head. If you are not yet doing this, I recommend starting now. Its time to flip the switch and turn on that light bulb above your heads. Start with Howcast, eHow and about.com

While searching the web recently, I stumbled on a newly released book “How to Rap” The Art and Science of the MC. The cover features a photo of Q-Tip on the Mic and a short list of highly credible featured rappers. A true legend in the game, Kool G Rap writes the forward. MC’s from every region are featured within its pages including many classic hip hop era MC’s. For example you will read tips, advice and guidance from the likes of Gift of Gab, Havok of Mobb Deep, Big Daddy Kane, GURU of Gang Starr, RZA, KRS-1, Nas, Redman, Tha Alkaholiks, Cypress Hill and E-40. This book does not fall short of MC contributions.

Author Paul Edwards is an established writer and a researcher of hip hop. His book is the most extensive release of its kind featuring more than 100 rappers discussing and telling you how they use literary tools, imagery, similes, metaphors and analogies to define their style and personalities. How they work in the studio, perform live, play with words, punchlines, freestyling and making beats are also discussed, not to mention breathing techniques, vocal style and enunciation.

Released December 9th, 2009 How to Rap: The Art and Science of the Hip-Hop MC is available now at Amazon.com If you pick one up, please send me an email or post a comment with your thoughts on the book. I read everything and respond to everyone.

Thank you for reading, hope you enjoy the book – Rotten Mac
